Reviews are 100% correct. Truckers, you will wait for hours on a door and hours to get loaded. If you mess up and choose a load from here, quickly cancel the load. I've been here for 2 hrs, and just now, I'm being told they literally don't have anything for me to load onto the trailer. Asked how long it would take to get my load ready, and they don't have an answer. This is an expedited load that was scheduled for 11am, and it's now 2 pm and still nothing. When the broker called them, they said they had the load ready. He's calling again, and now they're saying we don't have anything made or together. There are a total of 12 trucks waiting to be loaded, one of which has been here since yesterday at 8 am. The guy in the first bay (263) has been in the dock for over 5hrs.

Just a heads up this place shipping office is completely rude. Absolutely rude took me six hours to get nine pallets off the truck was on time for my appointment. Also! Wow make sure you go on sleeper right away when you get here .take your time because you’re gonna be sitting.😞🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ there’s no reason to be rude, but I am completely nice to them respectfully the whole time hopefully they fix that you asked a simple question get a smart remark back, and I normally don’t do rude reviews but this by far topped it off, 😭😭😭😭

I have been delivering to this location for 2 years. I have never had an issue, EVER. Eric, Randy, and Sundance run recieving like a well oiled machine. Truckers; show up on time for your appointment, treat people with respect, and you'll be amazed how much easier your life will be.

truckers! turn around as soon as you arrive! they will keep you here for 6-7 hours for loading, then another shift will come and again you will be waiting ....

I am currently in a dock being unloaded and the only live load here. Been here for two hours. They started unloading then stopped after about 30 mins to load drop trailers and haven’t been touched since. Great work Challenge. Really hope I don’t miss my next load

My name is Aman I reached here at 6 pm and my appointment time is 10 pm I did my first check-in at 6 pm and second check-in at 9:25pm and my third check-in at 10 pm and the check in officer Miss Lisa started abusing me I am talking to her very politely but she didn't answer me properly. I have been here many times before but for the first time a checking officer did this and I don’t know why ?
