Highly recommend Hello Chapter for renovation work in NYC.

They just finished my apt (new walls for bedrooms and closets, new bathroom, plumbing, tiling, electric, etc) and it looks fantastic. They are easy to work with.

Rubi, the project manager, was a great communicator and very helpful. His ideas and recommendations made the finished product better than it would be otherwise. He took every aspect of the job seriously, the team works quickly and efficiently, and their work is high quality with attention to detail.

Their pricing is fair, and they provide a detailed quote thats easy to read and discuss. Not like other contractors that inflate prices at your expense.

I would definitely use Hello Chapter again and I would highly recommend them to a friend.

I would recommend working with Chapter. My project manager Rubi was very responsive most notably, as we navigated getting the necessary approval from the management company for my coop building. Rubi and the Chapter team worked diligently to meet my move-in deadline. Post move, Rubi was there to ensure all remaining punch list items were resolved. Renovations don’t always go as planned as items are bound to be discovered once the project starts. However, Chapter was good at anticipating changes and their proposal was detailed thus there was transparency when a change order was needed.

Hello chapter completely renovated our brownstone and the result was beyond amazing. There wasn’t a single problem with any aspect of the renovation. Sami was amazing at overseeing the project and Monica of the design team was an absolute joy to work with. They listened to every one of my ideas and made it a reality. My wife and I used Chapter in combination with our designer to completely renovate our two story Co-op in Greenwich Village: kitchen, floors, ceilings, lights, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. They were a great contracting partner throughout the whole process., from getting Co-op board approval until final finishes. Their work was of high quality and very professional. Marc, our GC, ran a tight ship and was incredibly diligent and detail-oriented. When problems came up, which they always do, he always came to us with a solution that wouldn't break the bank. We are beyond happy with the finished product and would heartily recommend.

I had just completed a full apartment renovation. It was a very good experience. I had a great team in Nihaar and Monica as project manager and designer. Few mistakes were made . Mostly rectified. Few disappointments but overall it was a positive experience.
Apartment renovation is never a cake walk but I think they made it much more bearable than it would have otherwise been.
One of the great things I like about chapter, They promise not to walk away from the job once it’s completed. But Nihaar promised to be there for the next year if any issues related to the work done arise. I very much appreciate that.
I will Definitely recommend them. And I would sure use them again for any renovation project I may need in the future.

I had an amazing experience with Chapter. I have had several renovations - and of course, there are always surprises. But what is wonderful about Chapter is that they are actually on the CUSTOMER'S side! And they ensure that everything they undertake to do, ensure that it is done properly, and then go beyond expectations. If there is an issue, they correct it - without any argument or discussion. A second amazing quality at Chapter is that all their project managers are highly qualified - engineers and architects - so they understand exactly what you are looking for and what the team needs to do - everyone is on the same page. I had an amazing experience with Ricardo, the first project manager, who then had to leave the company for personal reasons. Nihaar then took over. He was in a difficult position because he had to pick up from someone else's process - but he was extraordinary, professional, thorough, knowledgable, and most agreeable on top of it all! I wish all project managers were like him! We would all be doing renovations endlessly with a team like his at Chapter.
