Purchased two 3” pro press supply valves from this seller through Amazon. The delivery date was to be Friday 10/11/2024 by 8pm. Received notification at 7:30pm on 10/11/2024 that the delivery was delayed til Thursday 10/17/2024. Our plumbing company completely understands shipping issues but these valves were needed for a commercial job to be started on Monday 10/14/2024 at 8am sharp. The local township water dept was shutting down the entire building for work to be performed. After finally hearing back from CMI this was there response….your tracking says the valves are to be delivered Monday the 14th between 1:30pm-3:30pm. If you don’t receive your purchased items then request a full refund.
WHAT How does ABY of that help the situation.
Here is what the correct response from the seller should have been from the beginning.
We will overnight your company a new set of valves and once your late delivery arrives, simply return it. Our sincere apologies for any inconveniences.
Nope, not at all. Actually as of Monday 10/14/2024 the valves just arrived at 4:45pm and this company continues to simply pass any blame onto UPS.
