As an auto detailer of 3 years you can imagine I have developed my opinion about products and equipment.

Jumping to the end of my story, I received some ONYX some interior stuff from CHEMEX. As a business with high standards, and with numerous disappointments from other manufacturers, I was expecting mediocrity when I decided to use the ONYX.

After my use of the product here is my review. GOOD!

1. The leather in clients’ vehicles were not hardened like normal leather conditioners do. In the past clients claimed they would slide out of their seats after I conditioned them. But not with ONYX!

2. The chemical had a thinner consistency to it. Thank you. The reason why this was favorable is because the chemical spread evenly with my brushes. I don’t like other chemicals that spread uneven because they are too thick.

3. The seller was noticeably kind to me. One of the sales associates came out to talk to me about detailing products. This matters to me. As an individual who has expectations, I give this company a “100% good” when it comes to company culture.
