Traveled from Prescott Valley to pick up my "special steaks". The meat was absolutely delicious. It's been a long time since I had such a great steak. The Family was so nice to me. Made me feel like I was a King! They even recommended something for my German Shepherd and he love it. I will definitely be going back and you should too! Thank you everyone.

Coming from WI, I had the best meat from a farm that was so good, that I got spoiled. When I have time, my wife and I have been looking (for 3 years) for a good butcher shop in the area. I have actually been looking for 6 years. Almost every place we tried just didn't trip my trigger. My wife works with someone who used to work at Chucks, and she recommended the place, so off we went! OMGoodness...they did not disappoint! We bought several things to try including, bacon, 3 different types of brats/sausages, pork tenderloin, on the bone chicken breast, chicken wings, marinated fajita meat, a couple of fresh water shrimp, and the kicker...ground beef that they ground for me the way I wanted it and picked up the next day. The bacon was exceptionally flavorful and not over-salty as thick bacon is sometimes, the beef has excellent flavor and I HAVEN'T TASTED CHICKEN THIS GOOD IN YEARS! It was very juicy and tender. The shrimps were really really good The prices are very reasonable, the staff was really nice, and Chuck's wife Cassie introduced herself, wanted to know our names and talked to us like she had know us forever. We can't wait to eat up the stuff we have in the freezer so we can go buy more.

I moved to the area about a year ago and have been looking for a good quality butcher without a huge price tag along with it. This place blew my expectations out of the waters. The Italian sausage was so fresh and it really showed with the flavor when I cooked it. Highly recommend!

Drive by almost daily. Finally stopped in to pick up some steaks (rib eye) for dinner. Grilled them at home a few hours later. Amazed at how tender these were. Have to be in the top few best steaks we've ever had. Price was reasonable, service was fast and professional. Will be unable to drive by this place daily going forward without stopping in - expect frequent visits.

I have bought great meats and seasonings in the past years, especially their Prime Rib for our family Christmas. However, this year, Chuck's failed. I pre-ordered my prime rib this year and asked for it before Christmas Eve. I went to pick up my prime rib, and it was not there! A female sales associate explained it would not be ready until the day of Christmas Eve. It was totally unacceptable, I did my part and ordered my meat ahead of time. She acted like she didn't care after I canceled my order. Completely unacceptable business practices. I will go somewhere else. They don't even care.
