An absolutely phenomenal experience at this winery! If you’re ever in Ramona, Chuparosa is an absolute must-visit.

Andy, the master of wine, is a true connoisseur with unparalleled knowledge and passion for winemaking. His detailed expertise shines not only in his explanations but also in every sip of their incredible wines. You can truly taste the love and dedication poured into every bottle.

I couldn’t resist—I left with a case and several bottles of their exquisite red wine. It’s nothing short of perfection! Cheers to Chuparosa for an unforgettable experience!

A group of us visited Chuparosa on a Sunday afternoon and we had a great time. It has a small outdoor patio that has one large table for 6 and about three small tables for 2-4. There's more seating inside too.
There's a beautiful view of their vineyard and Olive trees.

Wine tasting was very affordable at $10 to taste all their wines. The owner Andy came right outside when we arrived to welcome us. If you buy a bottle of wine, the $10 goes towards the cost. Most of us left with at least one bottle of wine that day as their wines were really good!

I like their Albarino, Sangiovese and their zinxzin port. No food but you can bring your own.

This is a must visit winery in Ramona. We were greeted warmly by Carolyn, the owner. She was so enthusiastic and talkative with us. The tasting room is gorgeous and the patio is beautiful with stunning views of the vineyards. Inexpensive tasting and wines with generous pours and lovely commentary by Carolyn. One of the best wine tasting experiences I've ever had. So pleased to walk away with two bottles and I will gladly go back and bring visitors.

I came with my family and two children, and it was a small, intimate space with beautiful plants and a lovely view. There was a surprising number of wines to sample, and they were all delicious. My favorites were the Cab Franc, the Malbec, and both ports were amazingly good. We brought our own food and snacks. I can't recommend more.

Outstanding! There are a lot of wineries in Ramona, and usually I'll find one or two good offerings at each with the rest being drinkable. Everything Chuparosa does is good, even those wines I don't care for I can appreciate being true to from. Andy has an attention to detail that shines through everything he creates.
