Management above the coaches is horrible. They offer no support. During an emergency can't reach the team lead. They leave shifts open until last minute. Then when they don't get someone to cover it whoever was on the previous shift is expected to stay until they get it covered. The team lead rarely helps cover shifts. At orientation it's best to get the trainer's contact info because you will have to schedule your own training because they don't care if you get it. They retaliate when incidents of abuse are reported to the state. They encourage drama between day and evening shifts by not stepping in and correcting problems. ALWAYS short staffed. The clients are great.
