Our chamber has been great. We have had over 100 dives so far no issues, very happy.
We have had improved vision and I have had improved sleep as well as less bathroom trips at night thanks to reduced prostate according to my Urologist. Mark has been great to work with and offers the best value in hard chambers and I looked at everything out there.

It’s clear that in recent months, Mark has been actively soliciting positive reviews to counterbalance the negative ones. In October 2024, I purchased a tank from him, paying nearly $40,000 USD. Shortly after, I started to feel suspicious about the transaction. Concerned I had been scammed, I began researching his company more thoroughly and discovered several troubling reviews. One woman claimed that the window on a tank exploded, critically injuring someone—yet that review has mysteriously been deleted.

This incident wasn’t just a rumour: In May 2023, a hyperbaric chamber manufactured by Classic Hyperbarics did explode at a wellness center in Lehi, Utah, seriously injuring two people. You can read the full investigation in The Salt Lake Tribune by searching:

I also discovered that Mark Bonacquista has at least 15 public court records in Arizona. These include civil disputes and other matters that anyone can verify by visiting the official Arizona court search tool:

Another reviewer described frustrations with Mark’s failure to follow through and even mentioned plans to sue. Both that and the explosion review are now gone, replaced by a wave of 5-star ratings—all posted at the same time, exactly three months ago.

This raises serious concerns, and I believe Google should investigate the situation.

In my case, Mark failed to deliver the tank I paid for. He promised a refund but claimed he needed to resell the unit first. He said it sold in December 2024, but since then has repeatedly lied about refund dates, missed deadlines, and now ignores all contact. I've received partial repayment—but only after persistent follow-up. As of now, he still owes me nearly $10,000.

As a terminally ill single mother of two, I cannot afford to lose this money. I’m currently selling my car to cover basic expenses over the next few months.

Please don’t be misled by fake or outdated reviews. Mark’s business practices at Classic Hyperbarics are highly questionable—and in some cases, potentially dangerous. The facts are public. Do your research.

Mark and is his company are outstanding. We purchased our chamber over 3 years ago. He built it and installed it on time. Has answered our numerous questions over the years, came out for minor repairs and the chamber has helped both me and my husband tremendously. Strongly recommend Classic Hyperbarics!

Any negative review here questioning Mark's integrity is surprising and difficult to comprehend or imagine, as he works incredibly hard and stays very busy 6 days a week. I see him routinely striving in his life to do the right things and to urgently help as many people as he can. He lives this way consistently, more than almost anyone I know. I would appeal to anybody who might take issue with Classic Hyperbarics to have some patience and I'm relatively certain that you will be able to work it out with Mark fairly and equitably.

Purchased my Chamber and had it installed late July…I have a lung disease I am trying to resolve without having to take pills or eventually having a lung transplant. Mark has been great and very helpful with everything, answering my questions even months after my purchase. We have had our chamber for almost 3 years and have never had a problem with it. We originally had Marc install it in the garage but we couldn’t keep the garage cool enough in the summer. We cleared out a spare bedroom and Marc came out and reinstalled it for us. It was quite the process and Marc was a magician bringing it in through the window!
