I hired Clear Concept Construction from the recommendation of an artist in the community whose studio they renovated to build out my gallery's new location in TriBeCa. Having never done any sort of renovation before, I was a bit intimidated by the process, especially as their work was going to be a reflection of my own business.

Jorge, Bradley, and their team were amazing from start to finish. Jorge has a professional and calm demeanor, while still making you feel like you're doing business with a friend. He clearly knows his industry inside and out and was able to walk me through every step of the project and address the inevitable hiccups that happened along the way with efficiency.

The compliments from visitors entering our new space for the first time have not stopped. They worked within my budget while delivering an end result that looked like a million bucks, and did it within the proposed time span, insuring there were no interruptions to my exhibition schedule. I would recommend them to anyone, but especially to any other folks in the art world who need a streamlined experience that is a welcomed reprieve from the chaos of our industry!

We hired them to do a total renovation of a century old house and they delivered above and beyond what we could have hoped for. The Clear Concept Construction team is amazing! Jorge’s communication, attention to detail, and follow through exceeded any expectations I had. The scope of the project included two baths, kitchen, refinishing floors, and painting all interior including woodwork and wall repair. In addition there was electrical, plumbing, re-venting for hood and dryer, replacing all lighting and installing cans, replacing all vents, and everything else in-between. I have remodeled 10 houses and worked with 4 contractors as well as endless subs. I can vouch that his crew and subs delivered the highest possible results. Tiling for baths, kitchen and bar was floor to ceiling, including a herringbone pattern, which is not easy to get perfect. The custom kitchen cabinets (ceiling height), island and bath vanity are perfectly designed and crafted. The walls are flawless, and given that the Ansonia was built in 1909, it was plaster, which is not easy to perfect. All the moldings, window trim, window wells, and doors were touched up and repainted and look as close to brand new as possible. All finishes are high end and the crew took great care to make sure the details came together.
