Unprofessional in so many ways. Twice I was put off so the salesman could attend his son's football games during posted business hours. When the bid came in, it was high. I provided him with quotes from the competitors and asked if he could be competitive in pricing. The response i got was condescending toward other builders and insulting toward me, personally, for considering "an inferior product". The was no explanation as to where the pricing differences were. The entire focus was on tearing down the competitors instead of highlighting the values in their product. This company has a long way to go to meet their goal of integrity and treating clients (and potential clients) in a respectful and dignified manner. Those "inferior" companies with "inferior" products will get my business because they understand and focus on customer service. I see now why Cleary struggles to keep employees. If they treat employees like I was treated, I would go elsewhere too.

Cleary put up a shed for us last spring, including a water heater. The heater leaks. We had to turn off the water to the shed. That was March 2016. I have called and e-mailed multiple times, including giving the manager Thad Despain the brand name, and size of the water heater. I got the impression standing behind Cleary's guarantee did not make it on his to do list. Cleary has not replaced the water heater yet. It is now almost September, 2016. I hope this rating will get some action. Very disappointed.
