TLDR: short hike straight to waterfall and there’s a hiking trail around as well

Very short hike if you park in the parking lot though it gets very steep and not best traction so make sure to wear good footwear. Beautiful waterfall over the dam that makes for epic photos and serene waterfall noises

Despite the challenging hike to the falls due to the scorching heat, the breathtaking view of the majestic waterfall and the enchanting rainbow within it made the arduous journey worthwhile. The artistry of nature, orchestrated by the divine, truly inspires awe and appreciation.

Mostly a wide, gentle graded path with several fun side chutes down to the river. We walked all the way to the little houseboat Marina, where the camp host showed us a trail down to a tiny sandy beach. Watch out for poison oak.

Breathtaking waterfall created by the dam complete with a standing rainbow. You can hike all around this but it is wet and slippery so be careful. Beautiful place for amazing photos and very easy to get to. Definitely so.ething to see in the Sacramento area.

Busy but well maintained trail with lots of beautiful nature to look at. And of course the Clementine Dam at the halfway point. The mist from the dam always makes a nice rainbow and an excellent photo opportunity.

This is a beautiful, intermediate hike. It's slightly up hill hiking for a little over 2 miles to the dam. Nothing too crazy. Not wheelchair friendly and a few spots get narrow and Rocky next to the cliff. The walk back is what's hard only for a small portion. It's right when you leave the dam and are coming up the driveway. After that though it's all slightly down hill so a nice casual stroll. Many brings their dogs too.
