I own a restaurant in Vallejo, Ca. I drive up to the brinery to pick up 20 gallons of bread & butter pickles once a month. That's a 3 hour round trip with out traffic for a business owner, the pickles have to be that good to make the sacrifice.

Best dill pickles, hands down! Will they be selling them ever again I thought the new company was supposed to still sell them. Very disappointed I can no longer buy these. :/

Why should I have to use a screwdriver and pliers to open a plastic containers of Bread & Butter Pickles - not a very customer friendly introduction to your product. While many may like chili pepper flavoring in their pickles - I do not - it leave an unpleasant peppery aftertaste. I rate these pickles 2.5 stars.

No longer Outrageously good pickles. Recent purchase pickles tasted like badly treated cucumbers. Brine taste sharp and awful.
Called their local number before Tksg. Got and left VM. No one called back. Called today, recording says mail box full. This not inexpensive product requires actual customer service not this nonsense. Never buying again.

Pickles and coleslaw dropped in quality after joining Cleveland Kitchen. Also in my opinion, Cleveland Kitchen has been really harsh on its workers and especially on its abuse of racial minorities. From my opinion, when the company was independent, they were more respectful of the disabilities and needs that some workers had. Sad to see one of my favorite food companies fall to the ground so hard 🙁

There should be a 10 Platinum Star Rating for these folks. FANTASTIC Customer Service! Went WAY ABOVE & BEYOND! Completely "Old School" Perfect Recipes in making their Products. We tried 3 different, and the moment either meet your Taste Buds, those buds WANT MORE!
And the ENERGY BOOST.... INSTANT! That alone, was Pretty Amazing!
Honestly, you will not find a better product nor company elsewhere.
Rest Assured, you will not be disappointed. This IS, your One Stop Shop!

Something happened to the WHOLE KOSHERS lately...
We absolutely adored them, but last couple of times almost half of them were so soft and mushy that we were forced to discard them - something we almost never do with foods...

They are also getting bigger and bigger, which is definitely a bad sign and that btw could be contributing factor.

Google forces me to "grade" the product, but i don't care about stars - just want this wonderful company to go back to their previous highest standards.
