I've been coming here for 4 months now as a truck driver. It's always 4 to 5 hours between checking in and getting your load. We, as flatbed drivers, only have so much time in a day and it's unfortunate we waste all this precious time here. Please hire better management at this company. It's seems so unorganized at this facility compared to others. I hope this reaches management in a manner that something gets done. Thank you!!

I’ve been coming here for several years and it’s always hit and miss regarding being loaded in a timely manner(3hours or less), being overloaded and/or wrongly loaded all together. It’s unfortunate that a drivers time is strongly disregarded at this particular CMC Steel, this isn’t a driver complaining just to complain it is a driver trying to draw attention to the lack of efficiency this company has for people who’s time is of the utmost importance (unless your an hourly driver/employee). I gave the company 3 starts simply because the employees have been polite and most times helpful and apologetic for their supervisors screw ups.

All this renovations to “make things faster” are not working. You need a fresh clock to come load at this place and leave with enough hrs to get out of their yard.

Delivering small rocks in bags, checked in at the scale, was giving map to drive to a portable dock, forklift drivers waiting, unloaded fast, I wish all places are as clean and precise!

Brought refractory materials here twice from Houston. Unloading was on Sunday. Very friendly staff. Unloading usually takes 15-20 minutes. I also worked in the steel industry in the past for 14 years using Danieli equipment. So I was doubly interested
