Absolutely disgusted with them. They took in my $1500 mower for repair over 2 months ago. Since then I can’t get a return phone call. I show up to the store and it looks ransacked. I cannot get in contact with anyone to get my mower back! This is THEFT

Don't use this place to repair your Ridgid tools. They had my tools for 7 months. Gave me the run around. Finally I had enough told them to send my tools backs. Notice how I received them back.

Chose this place for convenience. Dropped off my John Deere lawn tractor for repair/tune-up. Had to keep keep calling for status updates; never received a call from them. Kept being told it will be ready next day and we would call and they'd say not ready but tomorrow it will be. This went on for several weeks. Finally, One month later we received the tractor back. Over $300 more than originally quoted. Took tractor home, started machine and it sounded awful. Engaged the blade and tractor went about 5 feet and quit and will not run. Tractor came back filthy, grease gobbed all over fittings that they filled. Blade not sharpened either Will never use or recommend this facility. STAY AWAY!!!!

I needed to buy a leaf blower on Saturday but wasn't able to drive anywhere because my wife had the car. Not only did CMI deliver the exact model I needed to my house, but they also showed me how it worked and how to take care of it. You're not going to get that at any big box store anywhere. They'll be my first pick from now on.
