I’m writing to share my very positive experience with CNC adjuster, Jeremy Greenlee. I had flood damage in my home as a result of the recent hurricane in FL (Milton). Through the chaos of this event, Jeremy was completely consistent in his communication, answering all my calls and questions. He kept me fully informed of where my application was in the process. I knew from the start that I was in good hands. I received an initial payment within two weeks of my claim and the rest of the money as promised in the window Jeremy suggested. Jeremy is at true professional and advocate. He is thorough, detailed-oriented, and personable. I’m grateful to him for his help and expertise.

I want to take the opportunity to recommend CNC and to thank our Adjuster Jeremy Greenlee. We were sadly flooded twice with hurricane Helene and then two weeks later with hurricane Milton. The whole experience was very traumatic, but I can genuinely say that working with CNC and in particular our adjuster Jeremy Greenlee was a very smooth process. We truly felt like Jeremy had our best interest at heart and he worked extremely hard with a very extensive content list to get us the best he could. We received our money five months after the storm but had received some advanced money within a few weeks to help us get started. He was so refreshing to work with amidst the chaos we were experiencing. Thank you CNC for helping us get through this very difficult time.

Our association is in the process of receiving the absolute WORST treatment I have seen over the past 5 hurricanes!!! CNC will ghost your calls. They have stalled and ignored our claim. They are not forthright and honest. The adjuster Jay, has been a disaster with our claim and lied about coverage. This is a game to CNC but not to me as President of the association or the owners. AGENTS, do not sell a policy if CNC handles the providers claims!! CONSUMER, before signing a policy, ask who handles their claims. If it is CNC, do not buy the policy!!

This people that run this location are beyond unprofessional, I would love to start with Carmen in Human Resources… she is very dismissive and truly shows she doesn’t care, it’s clear the things I have heard about this place are true , in fact I know because I faced the issue others have faced, let’s start with the fact I had a deployment and I accepted the deployment in a timely also communicated verbally that I will be there as well as accepted it, received several confirmations on accepting the deployment, also received the I-9 portion to fill out, I did all of this the get there to be lied to, by Carmen and 2 other ladies saying they wish it was something they could , upon speaking to Carmen telling me a lie to my face saying I talked to someone on the phone and told them I don’t want the deployment, I never called and said that , that was that lie and then she comes back with another lie saying a young lady called me multiple times and couldn’t reach me that was the second lie I received 1missed call and I called back , this was in fact the day after I had already accepted the deployment and completed the forms, the next lie Carmen told was that I should have received a text in fact I did receive a text, in which I replied that I signed , Carmen then tells me that I didn’t reply but then tells me I can’t reply to the text Carmen you need help with the way you handle adults , it’s very clear you’re only use to handling children, even though I had all proof even a seat with my name on it and a complete box of equipment that I took the time to set up to be told unprofessionally in a zoom call with others listening that you can log out of the zoom call you don’t have an assignment, but this place is a reck , I was even talking to a lady that had on a paper thin dress it appeared to be made out of construction paper, another lady that mentioned she had been gone a week, they had nothing to say but we wish there was something they could do while walking off, I have often heard they will remove you from the roster as well as deployment to get people they know in for assignments, and sad to say I was a victim of this , you can clearly tell what goes on here . I Have been in this industry for years and have never heard you have to continuously accept a deployment, once you accept and sign you are showing up.

Studying for my Louisiana IA license and ran across their podcast on YouTube. Such an amazing opportunity to get the POV of the “fly on the wall.” Thank you for this “window” into the reality of Insurance Adjusting!!!!

Hello public if an adjuster from cnc shows up to your property turn them away and call your insurance provider and ask them to send some other company out. This company doesn’t have any business being in business. They are rude and unprofessional!! They only have seven or eight desk adjusters that work for them.

This is really zero stars for this company. We have had a horrific experience with them. Use another adjusting firm! It took a long time to get any information from any of them. We had William Latourett and Angie Matthews "work" on our claim. They searched diligently to find ways to deny our claim. Angie was negligent and William had a poor attitude while misleading us. Stay far away from this company and these people!
