We have had our CNC Supra as part of our high school fabrication program for about 12 years. We have made a few upgrades over the years. We added a pendant for ease of lining things up and a pneumatic draw bar actuator. We have never had a physical breakdown. Considering it runs almost every day for 10 months a year with new operators every 5 months, I consider this to be a very good track record. Even more impressive is the tech support! Day one I had never operated a CNC. Time and time again they would answer my emails, take my calls, and never complain. Their ability to quickly troubleshoot user errors and get us up and running again is impressive. The best part is that to this day we get this level of support. Bottom line if you are looking for a simple, reliable, and long-lasting machine for your school’s program look no further. These guys are the real deal.

I am a designer and model builder. I was doing a number of contracts to design and build the prototypes. I was able to accomplish building one prototype in my small shop. The client would invariable say, “This is great can you build another one (or more)?” I would then struggle in my shop to build what was needed. I knew CNC mill would be the answer. After researching a number of options, I invested in the CNC Masters Baron about 5 years ago.
Right after my purchase, I got a fantastic job offer. So my brand new CNC sat in my shop with little use.
Fast forward to this year, I finally have time to take on a CNC project. The amazing thing about this is Omar at CNC Masters remembered me after all the years that have gone by. I needed some help with understanding my machine, maintenance and tune up. Omar treated me like I bought the CNC yesterday. Their customer service and support is top notch!

I purchased a CNC Max from CNC Masters about 7 months ago, the machine is great, but the customer service is the main reason for this review. I have had 1 hardware issue, which was resolved with 1 phone call. Omar & team are very knowledgable about their machines and give the best service. Buy a machine from them and you will not regret it.

I bought my CNC Masters Supra milling machine back in 2007. Back then I was searching for a full CNC milling machine that would be very solid and meet my limited budget. I needed it for prototype production of parts. From the first time I spoke with Omar at CNC Masters I had a great feeling. I was going to have to learn how to machine parts since I had no previous CNC experience and Omar spent quite a long time listening to my needs and giving me general machining advice. I was so surprised that he would take the extra time just to give me information about machining and guide me to what I needed rather than trying to give me a hard sell and get me out the door.

Fast forward thirteen years and I can tell you that the machine still runs beautifully! I've upgraded it over the years and purchased their 4th axis add-on. I'm making parts now just as I have for the past thirteen years. I consider this to be one of the best investments I've made for my business for two reasons:
1) The machine (including the add-on's) is very well build and runs and runs.
2) The support from CNC Masters over the years has been incredible. They are quick to respond to questions and always happy to provide me any software upgrades. They are all about building great products and great relationships. In a world where that doesn't happen much these days it is always refreshing to talk to Omar and CNC Masters!

I have had the Supra Mill for over two years now. It has worked great. Omar is great with customer service. I get my questions answered quickly, usually with in a few hours or at least the same day. I was new to CNC machining so I had a lot of questions and learning to do. Omar helped out a bunch with that. This is a great machine to learn on. They have made a bunch of improvements to their MasterMX software over the last two years. I use the mill every day making parts and prototyping. It isn't a HAAS VMC but it gets the job done well. I had a part break on the machine and got a replacement ASAP. I found a good set of end mills from Lakeshore Carbide that work great with this machine. I had a bunch of chatter issues until i used these cutters. Without having this machine for prototyping we would have been hard pressed to get out work done with a local shop.

The thing about CNC Masters is that they care. I've never received support like this before from other companies. I've had my Max CNC Mill for 6 years now and it's been working great for all of these years. She's a pretty machine. I run it practically every day, and it's so freakin' easy! I called today for a question and Omar quickly answered my question.
And just like when I first got it I had to pick their brain and called them many times for training. I didn't know what I was doing. But man, they walked me through it, and they did not make me feel like a dumb ass. Well, 6 years later, the machine paid for itself in my first year, I encountered some play on my X axis. So today I called them up. Still, the same awesome support like in the first weeks I had the machine! They showed me how to fix it, no problem.
