We were not in the area while the work was being done and Paul made sure the subcontractors stayed true to the timeline. He stayed closely involved to ensure the attention to detail that was necessary in a very complex job. He had a vision to help me update the rest of an old home. Everything had to be done on both sides: Heating, electrical, new bathrooms, a brand new kitchen in an expanded space. Paul and his entire team, Chet, Derek and Scott were all fantastic.
He has wonderful subs and keeps them on track and on budget.
We handed them "the keys" after Labor Day and moved back into our brand new beach house prior to the following 4th of July! We love our house, it is exactly as we expected - WONDERFUL!

In my opinion, what defines greatness is not being perfect (no one is) but how someone responds to correcting an error. Paul and Coady Construction has never delivered anything but the best! I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
