I love the selection at this store, just about right without any junk. The customer service is great (they are nice to me, despite not being the richest customer). They are aware about how annoying the egift card process is for everyone involved, but I solved this by shopping online and picking up in store. Much better addition to the neighborhood than Hobby Lobby.

Ace IS the place for the helpful hardware folks! I stop in frequently for weird things (heaviest bolt, food safe rubber coating, etc), there’s always someone willing to help. Today I needed ice melt, and they offered to haul the heavy bucket to the checkout and then to my car. I appreciate their help and their friendliness. Love my local hardware store.

I will bring all my hardware and outdoor needs to this store in the future. The staff and management have made a Customer out of me.
I had a difficult online order with very little time to fill it .
Store personnel were helpful and courteous on the phone.
Additionally, when there was some
confusion over the inventory the Store
Manager made the situation more than a right.

A fairly new Ace Hardware store. Visited several times since opening and always found what was needed. Excellent service and the owner works in the store which is always a good sign. No clutter here, just well chosen, easy to find, useful items.

Love the addition to the Lafayette and Louisville area. This will save me so much time when I’d typically have to drive to Home Depot or Lowe’s by 36. The store is well stocked and clean. There were a lot of employees there to help if need be as well. Welcome Ace!!

I placed an order online for three products to be delivered to my home recently. Upon delivery only two of the three items were left. I contacted the local Ace Hardware to inquire about my third item as the online order showed as completed. The owner Linda not only made sure the third product was on my porch in two hours but also called me back to make sure I had received it. Great customer service! Thank you

I wanted a Weber natural gas grill, I first looked at the big box stores, while at home I saw a commercial on television for ACE hardware, I went online and found exactly what I was looking for. Placed my order, to my surprise, the store called me 2 days before the original delivery date that it was in and ready. The grill was delivered and put exactly where I wanted it. These guys are amazing! I will from this point forward shop at this ACE and not the big box stores. Their customer service is second to none!
