This place is poorly run. I called twice and never received a call back. I guess being a huge corporation they don't care about new business. My company was looking to switch from Pepsi to Coke but I guess we will stick with Pepsi.

Don’t make the mistake of letting your gps pop in the address with Hartford CT instead of EAST Hartford. You will end up where no 18 wheeler should be. Don’t ask me how I know this. 😂 Best part of this destination is that security gives you a printout of instructions…where to park, office location, number for shipping/receiving, what they require etc… I was grateful for that because after driving for hours upon hours with little sleep, who can remember 19 things we are supposed to go and do? Took a while to get loaded (few hours) but some other places are much worse. Be sure you have load locks or straps. The office and security staff were friendly and helpful. Somehow I lost my seal out of a very deep pocket while climbing in and out of the trailer. The security at the gate was very patient while I searched and eventually found it! The people who do this won’t pay attention to reminders so I won’t say much on this topic but… if drivers keep trashing the restroom, we won’t be able to use it for long. I saw some reviews where drivers were frustrated with the wait for loading or unloading but overall positive experience here for me.

Our experience here was good compared to others the young man was pretty cool and unloaded us before our appointment time not to mention they have a big parking lot for over night parking and finishing break

Very nice people work here.. They are friendly, cooperative and helpful. Open 24/7 so they can work your trailer whenever. The docking area is large with lots of space, should give you no troubles.. I drop and hook here so I'm easily in and out just as quick.. I enjoy coming here.

This is the worst place ever 6 hours to get loaded. Bunch of no good people here i will give this people --- stars .. appointment time 11am .. got loaded 8pm

Awesome. Really friendly, fast and easy. I was two hours early but they got me right to a dock. No sooner was I docked and I was being unloaded. Barely had time to have a snack and they were finished unloading me and I was on my way. Plenty of room to back in too!

This place is slow. Union workers take forever to do anything. They will load people as they see fit, not according to how long you have been there. Shipping is rude and beligerant. If you are a trucker, hope you have hours to burn. You can't stay in the yard. What a worthless company.
