I recently had the pleasure of visiting Colorado Custom Meat Company, and I can't recommend them highly enough. The staff here are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience.

Colorado Custom is hands down the best meat processor in all of Colorado. I have been to nearly all other meat processing plants in Northern Colorado and none of them can compare to the quality and consistency of Colorado Custom. The management here is very knowledgeable and was willing to answer questions for me. The quality of my cuts and the consistency were very good and even better than I expected. The plant was very clean unlike most other processing plants and I felt very confident leaving my animals to get processed there. I also recommend going there even if you are not bringing in an animal to process because they have a freezer full of meat where you can choose individual cuts of meat like steaks or bacon or ox tail and the prices are literally 2 times cheaper than a supermarket with true quality. If you get a chance I would highly recommend stopping by.

This is the fourth time we have bought a half cow from CCM and we have never been disappointed. You may be apprehensive because you’re spending hard earned money but I promise you it is the best! Juan and his team do a great job and make the whole process easy. The steaks, roasts are perfectly marbled but the ground beef is to die for. You can not find ground beef at Walmart like theirs. If you’re on the fence… take the leap! You won’t be sorry, I promise! Oh, I forgot to mention everything is vacuum packed.
