This is an older hotel that could use some updates, but it was fine for a night. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated having a Keurig machine in the room.

That said, there were some downsides. The heater unit was very loud, some of the lights didn’t work, and the pillows were oddly small. The lobby had visible damage to the walls, making the place feel a bit worn down. The free breakfast was disappointing—powdered eggs and no fresh fruit.

Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay, but don’t expect anything fancy.

I want to start by saying the evening staff nothing short of awesome. The young was super helpful and did her best to try and resolve the issues we had.

Upon check in we walked. Into our room on the first floor. The room was just as cold as the outside. Further look the room window was not completely shut. While trying to get it closed I noticed the window locks were broken. I was unable to secure the window. Further inspection I found the the security plates that prevent the window from opening more than 4 inches had been removed. Notified the front desk right away. She attempted to to move us down the hall to another room. Yet again this window had a broken lock. I told he my main goal was to provide a safe and secure place to sleep for my wife and children and for me to not have to be up all night standing guard at the window. She then moved us up to the second floor, which the windows did lock this time. However the door security hardware was missing….. not just missing but the holes were caulked over and painted over.

Aside from the security issues with the room, given that this essential security issues are addressed I would consider staying again on my next visit. Again staff was more that helpful and accommodating in the ways that they possibly could. Breakfast was hot and good every morning. Rooms were clean. Let’s be honest hotel beds suck. They are not your home bed and will never compare. Home is home. But these were okay and acceptable compared to other hotels in the area where we have previously stayed.

Aside from paint chopping off ceiling this was a good stay. The sales pitch on the phone calls reservation a bit long. Nice free breakfast.

We stayed 5/10/2024-5/12/2024. I paid almost double for what the rooms are going for now. there was rust in the bathtub. There should be grab bars in the bathtub for older guests. The breakfast was not good. For what I paid the tub should have been repaired and the breakfast a better quality. When we checked in the front desk staff was friendly. When we checked out the front desk staff did not care about my concerns. Of note, there was a different person working at the front desk.

CAUTION. To avoid injury at this facility do not use the pictured desk chair(s) with the obvious assembly error. It has been more than a month since I asked for confirmation that this problem has been corrected. I have yet to receive an acknowlegement.

To say how impressed I was would take a while. First, the staff is amazing, so friendly and inviting. The room was HUGE. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud! The room was very clean and well kept. The pull out sofa was perfect for the kids. The location is terrific! Will DEFINITELY be back when through the area!

Staff was nice . Going down the hallway to our room smelled of dog poop when we got to our room which was 122 1st floor. Entering our room smelt like mold and go into the bathroom smelled like pee and shower cutain also smelled of pee. Shower head was spraying the ceiling and over shower curtain getting the bathroom soaked . Went swimming and the water looked dirty smelled like slupher... it smelled really bad. Back to our room the bed was broken like it was lopsided. air-conditioner didn't work until the middle of the night..
Do yourself a favor "Do Not Stay Here" we called corporate office and let them know about the bad things going on in this hotel. Madison was at the front Desk for night shift on 6/16/2024.. So No I wasn't wrong about what I endured at this place...

The rooms were dirty, several BIG spiders on the wall, bathroom was not working properly as well. The worst part about this hotel is the owner. Hung up on me several times, did not have an understanding of not wanting our kids to stay in a room full of spiders. Was not a safe place to stay at. No one offered to help or make the situation better.
