He went the extra mile by meeting with my insurance adjuster, clearly demonstrating that my roof was a total loss. Thanks to his knowledge, my insurance provider approved and paid for a new roof.

The team at Complete Roofing did an excellent job. Jake and team worked efficiently, completed the entire project in one day, and left the property spotless. Complete Roofing replaced our roof today and did an outstanding job. Daniel was very knowledgeable and helpful in the planning phase and Jessie (the project manager) communicated clearly what we should expect, showed up promptly at our appointment time and actively oversaw and guided the crew with excellence. Special care was provided to protect our shrubs and plants close to the house from damage. Everything was excuted seamlessly and professionally. What a breath of fresh air! We will use them again for our gutter replacement job and have no reservations about referring them to family and friends.

I contacted Drew Adams with Complete roofing due to an interior leak in my house. I was hesitant to file a claim with my insurance provider because I was unsure if there any storm related damages or enough damage to warrant a roof replacement through my insurance provider. After Drew’s inspection, it was very clear to me that my roof had sustained substantial storm damage. He assisted with filing the claim and did the leg work to prove my loss to the assigned insurance adjuster. Not only was my roof paid for by insurance but I have also found out that I will qualify for lower premiums since I now have a new roof!

First off, let me say what an outstanding job Complete Roofing did beginning with Wil Goette and Jesse Huggins along with all the folks roofing my home. Wil worked with us to get the most "bang for our buck" by making sure that we would not have to worry about this roof for the next 30 years. Also, I can’t say enough good things about Jesse Huggins who was the Project Manager. Jesse was in touch with us every step of the way. He was on the job site the entire time from start until finish and was on the roof the majority of the time working alongside the crew. When we had to leave the house, Jesse made sure the crew knew we were coming out of the house to keep us safe. Jesse and his crew arrived on time, worked very hard, and when they left there was literally no trace that they had been there with the exception of my BRAND new roof. Thank you Wil, Jesse, and the quick response time of the office personnel in getting all the paperwork and invoices prepared and delivered. Very professional men and crew. Thanks again!!!!!

Drew from Complete Roofing was able to get coverage from our insurer when others didn’t want to bother with it for our HOA. Many houses in our neighborhood had storm damage, but many insurers balked.
Completely Roofing did a great job on our shingle and metal roofing, and replacing our gutters. First class job with a great warranty. Thank you Drew and team!
