Mr. Eichler is very difficult to work with. He is condescending, disingenuous and tries to strong-arm every single conversation and even makes it personal. It was very stressful to even ask a simple business question.

His product selection is good, but the customer service reflects Mr. Eichler's hostile demeanor.

When our PM talked to them to clarify an extra charge, the rep became very disrespectful and Mr. Eichler was even worse.

In the end, we decided to drop the matter and sever relationship per council. Working with him just wasn't worth the aggravation.

This was very stressful for all involved and we even had to involve HR when one of our people was in tears.

I have dealt this CCI numerous times and have found Justin to be very fair and reasonable. The product has always been of good quality and as described. Service is excellent!

Component central is a great electronic component supplier that I have used for years and supply some of the most detailed traceability of their inventory. Apparently they don't pass first amendment audits but I'm not trying to film their shop like a weirdo.

The owner of this place blows smoke in the face and intimidates a photographer on a public sidewalk documenting businesses with government contracts, If I were a potential customer, I would definitely rethink taking any business here, I think what he did comes pretty close to, if not actually breaking the law.

This guy must not have much to do. He says he has nothing to hide but when my friend was filming from a public sidewalk he was trying to make her stop. His logic does not make sense.

I can't believe the level of arrogance displayed by the owner of this establishment. A friend of mine was simply trying to capture some photos and videos of the exterior from the public sidewalk when she was met with aggressive harassment from the owner. Instead of politely addressing any concerns they might have had, they chose to berate and intimidate her.

It's clear that this owner has no respect for the rights of individuals and thinks they can control what happens even beyond their property line. Their behavior was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone considering patronizing this business to think twice before supporting such an arrogant and hostile individual. There are plenty of other businesses in the area that would appreciate customers who actually understand basic concepts like public property and personal boundaries.
