I was disabled after having hip and shoulder surgery. They are so helpful especially Laura. She gathered my recycling and handled all the paperwork,she had me sign and brought me my cash. While I waited by my car. Thank you to the entire staff👍🙂

The staff today let a bunch of people bring their things when they knew their “internet was down” and allegedly couldn’t give people their payments. I was told that if I wanted my bottles weighed instead of counted that they could do that. I put the bottles in one of their cans after which they laughed at me saying that they’re not going to pay me either way. Loaded it all up back into the boxes and put it in my car. Never coming back to this dump of crooks. They should have alerted people coming in that their system is down.

Refused to recycle multiple water bottles with very little water in it even after we emptied the bottles out. It wasn’t busy that day. The women talked badly about me and my spouse in Spanish and said they will give us less money than we were supposed to receive (I speak Spanish so I heard). Coming from a family of latino immigrants, it’s one thing to speak your native language to communicate and I fully support that but when it comes to speaking badly of customers, that is NOT okay, regardless of if you assume they speak the language or not.

I stopped by to recycle e-waste and they took all my old home alarm sensors, broken lights and old sprinkler system for free. They did not take batteries or lightbulbs which I put on top of my home recycling can in separate ziplock bags.

Things went pretty smoothly getting my recycling done. Parking was a hassle there was alot of people there. But over all it seemed to work out ok.... the only other thing is the guy seemed to weigh my stuff whenever I had my back turned which was weird, but what can you do. Also the line to get ur check was extremely long for what seems like a simple put it in the computer and print out the check sorta deal, but they actually opened a second window probably cause it was close to closing time and the employees wanted to get outta there asap. Anyways they still get 4 stars cause it got done, I got paid, and stuff got recycled. So hopefully it can be reused in the future on what idk but let's try to look on the bright side lol. This place works I have gone here many times for my home recycling and for work recycling and always just works sometimes there is a wait sometimes there isn't thats I guess just the way it goes. Recommend this place because it has never failed me where other recycling centers that have so to anyone reading my ramble this is a good place to go cause it just works and is straight forward. Great place to bring recyclables and e-waste. They will only do count on 50 or less cans, plastic and bottles.

Good prices for basic drink containers, and you don't have to separate tops from bottles like you do at other places. However, the guys working there are grumpy as heck and not kind. I get that it's a shitty job, but it's just as easy to be nice to people. I'd even tip them a few bucks if they weren't so rude to customers (even the old couple in front me got attitude from them for not sorting correctly). The women who give you money after your things are weighed are generally nice. The parking lot is a dirty PIA to navigate, and in the summer there is no shade while you wait your turn, which can be brutal cause it gets crowded. IDK why they only allow people to come in cars (no walk ups). It seems like it would be a solid way for a homeless person to earn a few bucks. They even tried to turn me away once when I had to park on the main road a ways down. They didn’t see me arrive in my car, so they assumed that I was homeless. I actually got approached by a worker telling me that I needed to leave until someone else told
him that they had seen my car. Very, very embarrassing!

Went here and met the nicest employee Manny who helped me out with a couple of things, most importantly he made me confident in the recycling ♻️ and payout process, because I was falling under the impression it was better to count you recyclables (up to the individual daily limits) rather than to weigh them but after a quick comparison it was the other way around. Thanks for taking the time to make me a confident recycling center customer. 5 stars returned with the rest of my recycling the same week. Will be back.
