Conde has superior customer service and products. My rep Sandi is a great resource and is always very helpful. Love the Friday Lives with Sprite and David. We have been with Conde for over 8 years and will continue to grow our business with their products. Sublimation has been a great addition to our apparel printing/embroidery business.

Conde I hands down THE BEST at all they do especially customer service and tech help after the sale! My Sales Rep Meg Rehm is simply AMAZING! Mr. David Gross, the owner, personally helped me beyond his duties after my printer purchase and saw it through until the end. That is virtually unheard of today! I could buy my sublimation supplies anywhere but I choose Conde! From Cups to Coasters you can't go wrong with them!

I have been doing business with Conde since I began sublimation, 5 years ago. They are my go to for equipment, supplies and 95% of my substrates. In my opinion, Conde has the best quality in products. My favorite substrates are the slates. I love making slates with memorial pictures, family pictures, and I love making items for weddings. The customer service is the best, especially Forrest! I will miss dealing with Conde!

Love Love Love Conde! They are always so helpful and ship your items out immediately! We have been working with Larry at Conde since we started sublimation and he is always so kind and fun to talk to! He helps with every question and sublimation need we have! No matter what our concern, big or small, they are always so helpful! They have amazing products too, not just customer service - like these amazing aprons that my customers can not get enough of! No matter what design I put on them, they just LOVE the aprons! You can not go wrong when you work with Conde.

Conde has been my go company from the start. I agree with several other reviews -- we are going to miss them. I will be hard to find another vendor that has their level of customer service, tech support and QUALITY blanks. I'm praying a miracle will happen.

I couldn't find a way to leave a review on their actual website for the product I ordered. Maybe I missed it. The company has so many great blanks. I recently purchased the gold glitter key fobs. They are delicate and I had to drop the temp down and raise the time as they were sticking to the parchment paper and peeling off. Out of 20, 7 were ruined. Glad I bought extras. I love the selection of blanks they have.
