I would rate them a 0 if it was possible. The salesperson Victor, and the manager Ashley is completely liars. I purchased a ac on 6/21/2024. First of all I wasn't sure about the size of my windows. Victor replied let do the application and if we have to change anything it wouldn't be a problem. Ashley agreed to 10% off because the box was damaged. Going over the plan Victor stated keep the box in case you have to bring it back within 7 days. Call to get measurements of AC because the unit wouldn't fit by the measurements on the box.Victor open the box at the store to measure the AC. By his measurements the AC would fit. So when I pick the AC up Victor and Ashley and two other salesman place the box over the AC and wrap it in plastic to hold the box on the AC. When I got home the AC wouldn't secure the window. Call the store Saturday morning and was told I couldn't return the AC because the box was opened. Was told to call customer service # to see if I could return it. The lady at customer service said I could return it. Call back to Conn's on Bobby Jones. Was told I couldn't return it. They people that work at Conns are liars. I couldn't return it stated Ashley. But the Ac was already out the box when I purchased it. Don't do no business with Conns on Bobby Jones. You will be lied to.

I operate a concrete pump. I was in a hurry to get from my first job of the day to the second one. I stopped by hoping they would let me water up my pump as a professional courtesy. They were more than happy to help me out. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Several people came and greated me with a handshake. It turned out that the job I was on my way to go pump they were supplying with concrete. This place has a lot of great people.
