Geoff was so helpful and accommodating. He was at my house within hours of calling him despite having a jam packed schedule. He was so thorough in explaining what the issues were and how he fixed them, he walked me through everything. We had a wire/spring brake on one of out garage doors and could not get the door opened. Called CT Overhead Door and Geoffrey was out there the following day to repair the door. He explained everything that needed to be done. Within 2 hrs, the door was repaired and working like new! He even checked our other garage door and serviced it as well. My garage door spring broke suddenly and I called Jeff to request a date & time he could stop by and check it out. He said he was approximately 30 minutes away and he would stop over. I was shocked he responded so quickly with a call back and will see me then, was a surprise in itself!!

Geoff was able to work me into his schedule on very short notice, and quickly resolved the problem, replaced damaged parts, and made subtle adjustments to the door alignment to make sure the problem didn’t recur. The door has operated perfectly since. Geoff not only fixed the problem but explained every step of the repair clearly, and gave me helpful maintenance tips.
