Worst customer service & repair job ever. Have brought my blinds in twice and they are still not repaired correctly. Also brought my vacuum in to get repaired, called to say it was back ready to be picked up but apparently he forgot to bring it to the store after we drove there to pick it up. Horrible customer service, will definitely never be using them again!

Bought 4 custom sized Hunter Douglas room darkening blinds (the kind with no strings) about 4 years ago . Paid over $3000 for all of them. They get put up and down NO MORE than once a day. The internal mechanism breaks once a year, and I have to get it repaired at $125 bucks a pop. This has happened 3 times in the last 4 years. I'm effectively paying an annual subscription to use the blinds in my bedroom. Very sub-par product. Better off getting some Home Depot brand ones.

the owners (husband and wife i believe) are the most kind people i’ve meet in a long time. they perfectly exemplify good ol’ american business owners as they truly care about their customers and community. This business should be the first place anyone’s goes to purchase shades blinds drapes etc. Thank you ! what an incredible business within the glastonbury community . shop local and support the good stores like this that are run by hard working, considerate, caring people in our community.
