Purchased a best quality Spanish SxS for Connecticut Shotgun. The communication with Rich was prompt and clear. The gun was represented as being virtually new, with no marks on the wood. While that’s not exactly true, the handling marks on the stock are very faint, so it’s not really a big deal. In all other respects, it arrived exactly as described — and is a beautiful firearm. The shipping was extremely fast. 4 days post payment it arrived to my FFL. I’m very pleased.

Purchased a DP12 from a friend who only shot it a few times. After I did the PPT and picked it up I noticed there was a bunch of rust under the shoulder pad and stock. I disassembled it and cleaned it, took photos and contacted the company. They said to send it in for inspection and it would be under warranty. Upon receiving it they said that it would cost me $170 plus return shipping to inspect and recertification of the DP12. The manager Rich was very rude! He said that they never promised to look at it for free, denied it even though I have an email from him requesting to send it in for inspection. He then told his employees that they weren’t allowed to speak with me over the phone anymore, they weren’t gonna inspect or work on my gun and I had to pay $50 for shipping within 5 days or they would start charging storage fees! He also would only communicate via email, called me a liar and said I was being untruthful about having a conversation with his employee and being promised it would be a warranty claim free of charge. I have never had an encounter with a company like this before, worst customer service and experience ever! I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again! Guess I just paid $120 in shipping cost to be disrespected and not even have my firearm inspected as promised. Horrible company, especially Rich!

Husband bought me a custom made 28 gauge side by side, the gun was made to fit me as I am a petite woman. While hunting the gun which has a single pull trigger for both barrels. As I pulled single trigger , for some reason both barrels went off at same time and and for some reason the stock could not handle the recoil of both barrels and the stock exploded, broke in pieces, shattered and cut my arm, missing a vein in my forearm. As you can imagine this was very traumatic. Since this is gun is petite , my grand kids often use this gun. I can’t even imagine what would have happened if it was one of my grand kids shooting that day. We have sent the gun to the company and they want us to pay $2,500 to build a new stock and then they will test it out to see why it malfunctioned and exploded while I was shooting. Connecticut Shotgun must not care about their customers nor do they stand behind their products.

Ordered a choke gauge online and after not seeing any activity on the order for a week checked in - basically they said they are a small business and too busy and cancelled my order. Did get a refund, but pretty poor customer service. If you can’t do online orders maybe take down the site?

Absolutely do NOT waste your time buying even the smallest product from this company.
Zero customer service and difficult to contact.
They have had my money since November 22nd and I still have not received what I ordered.
One item was discontinued but shown available. They waited over two weeks to inform me.
The third party company software they use to handle their shipping is absolutely worthless.
Only God himself knows if and when I will ever get what I ordered.
I always buy small things to check out a company's service before buying items much more expensive.
This company deserves negative stars if it were possible!!!

Bought a recoil pad from these bozos. I’m a new shooter and I recently acquired my papas Winchester Model 12. He was never able to get the correct recoil pad for it back in the day so I wanted to do something nice for him and put one on there that had the cool Winchester logo on it. When I ordered it, it was way too big for the gun. I sent an email to the company explaining my frustration since the website said it would fit all pre-64 Model 12’s. I felt that I was very polite in explaining the confusion and I got an extremely rude reply from a guy named Rich. Good old Richy told me that the website clearly stated that the pads needed to be fit by a gunsmith and in his words I “shouldn’t have bought it”. Absolutely NOWHERE on the website can I find any sort of description that claims it must be fitted by a gunsmith. The guy acted as if I was just supposed to know that and he was extremely rude to me. I’m very new to the shooting world and had no way of knowing this. Better yet, they won’t let me return it or get a refund. It’s not rocket science to see my review as well as others and see that this isn’t a great company. Not only do they treat their customers poorly but according to others, they send bad products and don’t fix their mistakes. Don’t make the same mistake I did doing business with them.

Nice gun case. Always prompt responses. However custom winchester label fell off. They offered no compensation just blamed it on the glue. My problem to fix. Also canvas cover already falling apart. Leather edging to close to fabric and already unravelling. Again my problem to repair. At this cost I expected better. Dealing with another company with much better customer service. Would not ship case directly to me, had to drive 400 miles to pick up.

Wanted to order an A.H Fox off their website but had a couple questions, so I called in. Shayne was very professional and was able to address all my concerns. Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but ended up being worth the wait when it finally arrived.
