Stopped in to inquire about soapstone and the woman we talked to was very VERY hard to understand due to the language barrier. She was annoyed with us and it showed. Very small show room. Save yourself A LOT of money and make the couple hour drive to Vermont Soapstone for excellent customer service abeautiful craftsmanship and no $600 markup on same sink.

Very disappointed in the customer service or should I say lack there of. Never sent us a quote despite several phone calls and let’s just say the owner was very rude when we asked about our quote. First time I have ever experienced a business that did not want our business. There were zero customers in the building and zero waiting behind us perhaps that should have been a sign.

Love our new granite countertops. We got a striking pattern in red and black. The installers did an excellent job and the project went very smoothly with no budgetary hiccups. Very friendly and easy to work with. Recommend them highly.

I had been looking for over one year for the countertops for my kitchen. Went to the big box stores as I had on my previous renovations and my husband remembered that Ct Soapstone were the fabricators/installers for the last one. Called them up went to the showroom had the exact one I wanted . It was less expensive and much better service. The installers were clean quiet and I cant see the seam that was required to the size. They are doing all our properties ..best experience ever

I cannot recommend this firm more highly than a 5 ⭐️ or I would. The soapstone replacement countertops installed where exactly what I asked for. The installation crew was professional and went above and beyond what I was expecting.

Business was closed well in advance of advertised hours. Wasted a decent drive out here. Call in advance prior to showing up to showroom.
