James Cooley is a great contractor and a stand up guy. He did a remodel/addition for me early 2015. I could not be happier with him or Mike, the guy working with him. They are very approachable and make things easy to understand. If there were changes needed he informed me of all impacts that were required. I recently dealt with a horrible HVAC contractor (don't use Smart 72) and it made me appreciate Mr. Cooley even more, now that I know there are scammers out there locally (that's what caused me to think of writing this review). The best part of my experience was his pricing accuracy. He knew early on how important this was to me and allowed me to handle parts of the construction I asked to. I highly recommend Cooley Construction if you are looking for work to be done efficiently and accurately. Thank you very much Mr. Cooley!
