I’ve been waiting a long time for a butchers shop like this! Their prices are fair, and the selection was great. The owner said he’d be able to do call-in and customizable orders, too. I definitely found a new favorite.

I had a terrible experience at this company. When my husband and I walked in, we were not greeted, and no one offered to help us as we tried to figure out how to purchase meat. My husband spoke to the man, but despite the guy speaking, he never inquired if we needed help. He was busy moving around and working the whole time, avoiding assisting us. We felt unwelcome and decided to leave. As we were leaving, the staff did not acknowledge us, unlike they did with another customer who entered and left before us. I felt like we were not treated well and I will NEVER shop with this company. It felt like they didn't want people of color in the store. They might as well have a sign that no colored is allowed because that is the energy I get from them.

I'm not exactly sure how "CorkShire" operates, but we certainly were not satisfied. I'm not sure what you are trying to prove with your response, but my husband and I actually experienced this and, sir, you are not convincing us. Even after my husband spoke to you, you still did not ask if you could assist; you turned around and continued working. Neither you nor the younger girl in there spoke to us until my husband spoke to you. Just a rule of thumb despite being busy, you should always greet your potential customers when they enter.
