Grayson Place Association (HOA) Olathe KS is pleased with the workmanship of Cornerstone Construction Services. GP did 3 projects in 2024. The exterior painting & wood rot repair to clubhouse, metal fence removed & a sidewalk replaced. Communications & atten. to details are extremely important and why I Highly recommend CORNERSTONE for commercial and residential work.

Mitch, Jack, James, Lane and Jonah were absolutely wonderful to work with! They added a pantry addition to our kitchen and laundry area. The shelves in the pantry turned out more beautiful than I had pictured them, thanks to Jack's carpentry work. Mitch's team also added recessed lighting in our living room, kitchen and laundry room along with some additional electrical work. They did everything we asked and more, and they all did it in a timely manner. Excellent response time as well. Thank you, Mitch and Cornerstone team!

We hired Cornerstone to install new windows and replace siding on our house. The owner Mitch is extremely likeable, gave a fair price for the work being done, and was very easy to communicate with before and during the project. The crew was right on time every day, were very friendly and efficient, and did a beautiful and professional job getting everything installed for us. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up after the project. We highly recommend Cornerstone Construction!

We needed some deck repairs and contracted with Cornerstone to do the work. Mitch and his team are outstanding. Mitch was very responsive during the entire process kept us updated as to when the work would start, when the materials would be delivered, and what time his crew would be showing up to do the work. They did exactly as they promised, showed up on time, were very careful working around our landscaping while repairing the deck, and did a thorough job cleaning up at the end.

I would use them again and highly recommend their services.

This is our 2nd project with Cornerstone Construction and we can't say enough great things about them! We absolutely LOVE how the project turned out. But, we also LOVED the process. They were always on time, friendly, left the job site as clean as possible EVERY NIGHT, and always communicated the status of the project. They collaborated with us on some of our project designs and gave valuable advice/input when needed. We completely trust them with any updates we need for our home. There were no surprise costs and any issues were addressed quickly. We have referred them to many friends and neighbors as their work is top quality, their staff is wonderful and Mitch is great to work with!
