Cornfield apartments is an amazing place to live! Kathy and Liz are wonderful property managers. They are extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. I’ve been renting here for 6 years and have never been happier! All of the staff treat you like family, the grounds are well kept and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live.

A lot of extra fees in addition to application, and rental agreement. If you view older models, expect older appliances, musty-smelling basements,older cabinetry and older carpeting. Not clean. Back yards are unkempt. Outside building moldy on siding. Take your hard-earned paycheck to a different apt complex if you can
Pinney Brook and Stonebridge in Ellington are even worse in their condition. Plus, their snow removal in the winter is bad...I checked in 2023. Good luck to all of us apt seekers. There has to be something liveable out there. God Bless

I've been living at the Cornfield Apartments for about 24 years. MThe Landloed and the superior are very professional at all times. From swapping out a new faucet and guard for my tub, servicing my oven hood to addressing parts replacement for my toilet to tightening up my kitchen door, nothing is too big or too small for them to handle. Al has retired and I'll miss him but Leo his replacement (perfect and just as talented)

We have had the absolute pleasure of living here at Cornfield Apartments for the last 12 years.

1. The management team is friendly, professional, and have always been willing to assist with any concerns we have had.
2. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive and quick to address any issues that may arise. (Even after hours).
3. The complex is situated in a quiet, peaceful part of town set back well away from the main road.
4. The parking lot is well lit at night with reserved parking, and additional spaces for visitors.
5. Each apartment has its own private basement with W/D hookup and plenty of additional storage.
6. There is also a Gazebo, picnic area, tennis court and dog park.
7. We have friendly neighbors, many of which have lived here just as long as we have.
8. Most importantly... Cornfield Apartments are PET FRIENDLY!!!!

Living here has been a wonderful experience and I can't recommend Cornfield Apartments enough.

I have lived at this location for almost five years and I must say it’s certainly the best complex I’ve lived in since moving to Connecticut. The rental office staff on-site, Kathy and Liz, are always friendly and communicates back as soon as possible if there are any issues. The maintenance team is equally as friendly and fixes any issues that may arise. The grounds are well-kept and I enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The fellow tenants are also very friendly especially when I go for a walk around the complex, either to the tennis court on site, near the dog park, and/or through a nice walking path near the back of the complex. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a place to stay. It’s also very close to gas stations, convenience/grocery stores, etc. and another bonus is the Ellington Fire Department is literally across the street in the event of any emergencies.

Ex tenant here, me and my significant other loved living here. Its a nice quite place to live, the maintenance staff are amazing and friendly. It is extremely safe, and very beautiful. My only two complaints would bit it is a bit pricey, and as best as i know there is no way to pay the bill on a website or anything. However i will say you 100% get what you pay for and it is a beautiful place. We do not regret living there, i would recommend this to anyone.

I currently live at Cornfield and I have been very happy so far. We live in a one bedroom townhome. It has everything we need. W/D hookups and they are pet friendly. It is a quiet place, no noise issues, neighbors are friendly and the prices are reasonable for this area. Downside to our townhome is the only bathroom is upstairs and the appliances and bathroom sink are in dire need of updating. Other than that we love it here and plan to stay for quite awhile. People really don't move out of here unless they are relocating or buying a home.

I painted there for over 20 years and I have to say the management staff is by far the best of all that I have dealt with in 30 years of doing different complexes.the property is always well cared for and the maintenance staff are always on point. I have moved to SC and miss them very much. Not just a complex it is a home.
