I had really bad customer service at the tire center today. 9-15-2024. Purchased a battery 4 months ago. The battery started leaking so I went for a replacement. They told me the warranty is pro-rate
Couldn't help. There was another employee who was willing to help me out by taking the battery return but the manager didn't approve. So disappointed by the behavior and waste of time and gas. Won't recommend it to my family or friends

Very displeased with Robin at the registers.
She degraded us, when we asked a simple question about an online purchase. She made the comment to the effect “if you don’t believe me, we can get a manager to explain the same thing I just did to you.”
Then when the manager came over she tried to act all nice, and change her attitude.
Customer service is a 0/10 from us!!

We love Costco but everyone we’ve been to in AK has been horrible!

Always fun. The food court is unmatched, great value for HUGE portions. -family of 5, drinks, lunch and ice cream for 16$.

We always spend too much on groceries, but who doesn't lol great place to stock up on food and snacks.

Came in for an appointment at 11:30 and waited over 2 hours because the guys that were supposed to change my tires decided to drink redbull and jerk their d’s in the back instead of work. Horrible place.

Costco employees are generally quite helpful but, there was a young man by the name of Noah that was particularly helpful on my last visit. He unloaded his flat cart so that I could use it to transport a large flat-screen TV. He was knowledgeable on electronics and answered all of my questions. He was also friendly and courteous.

Last 3 times ive been to costco the food courts just a complete let down. It takes half an hour for 2 slices of pizza and today the kiosk went down so you couldnt order any food and by the time they help you at the front desk the stores closed so you cant order anything else.
