Not what I expected, unacceptable work. Vincent shows up with no material on installation day. I had paid him for material and most of install. Days later he shows up with locally bought, discontinued and I am sure on sale material, I would have never picked. I want the job done so I go with it. What a mistake. He starts working on day 1 less than 3 hours, day 2 it is almost noon by the time he shows and on day 3 a crazy rush job. By the time I realize he does not know what he is doing, it is to late. Uneven cuts everywhere, unfinished edges, caulk and red marker smeared on floor. My trim cut short instead of fitting it. Pieces he glued on, came loose within a day, he barely used adhesive, either rushed or short on material. He lacks skill and did not spent any time to even try to do it right. So unprofessional. He should not be in business.

Cotrone Flooring and Home Improvements did a fantastic job on upgrading my floor with the vinyl plank laminate. It's so beautiful, easy to maintain, and lends a whole new dimension to the room, actually updating it! The Cotrone team came in, worked in a very professional manner and maintained a clean work area to ensure no safety hazards. Professional, courteous, and efficient! You can't beat that. We are thinking about having the Controne team come back in and do a kitchen cabinet renovation. Thank you, Vincent, for the great job you and your team did.

Had water damage to engineered hardwood floor in master bedroom. Vince provided several estimates for multiple options. Once work began, it became apparent none of the options were good. At this point, Vince gave us his best case scenario. Based on Vince's expertise, we went with his recommendation. We are happy with the work done as well as the honest appraisal of our situation. Would recommend Vince for all flooring needs.

After checking out the big box stores, and several flooring companies, I decided to go with Cotrone Flooring and Home Improvements….and I’m so glad I did. They installed the Aged Hickory luxury vinyl, in 2 rooms, and it is beautiful. From start to finish , everything was done in a neat and timely manner. Vincent and his son are professional, knowledgeable, and the kind of craftsmen that are hard to fine these days. I couldn’t be happier with my new floors, and will soon be having Cotrone Flooring install the LVP in a 3rd room. So, if you’re in the market for quality flooring and installation, give them a call.
