Went in 6/10, found a barn, put down 2k on a $4700 barn that day. Had a little roof damage the salesman (Gabe) said would be fixed before it was delivered. They tried to deliver it once, but I didn't finish the pad they were building for it until the next week. Took about a week to get the delivery team on the phone. Said they'd most likely deliver on Wednesday or Thursday. That Friday, I get a call saying they'd deliver it Monday. Monday rolls around, delivery driver calls me when he arrives at the lot to let me know he can't deliver the barn because the roof is still damaged. don't hear back from anyone for over a week. call the salesman back, he has no answers as to why its taken this long, gives me the corporate number to call. spent a half hour, two days in a row, waiting on hold. I canceled July 24th. Just got my deposit check back last week. No one in this company talks to each other. The delivery team called me two or three days later trying to deliver it again, after I'd already canceled. I'd recommend finding someone who cares about customer service.
