We went to the Summerdale facility a couple of times during business hours and it was always closed. We called the number on the door. No one answered. Finally a woman contacted me and told us when she would be there. She stated her granddaughter wasn’t feeling well and had to go to the doctor so the facility was closed. I understand kids get sick and have to go to the doctor. We then ordered a shed 9/13. I was apprehensive about ordering because I had so much trouble finding someone on site to help me order a shed but…I went ahead and ordered one anyway. I was told it would take 3 to 5 weeks for the shed to be completed. We checked on it at 4 weeks. The lady at the Summerdale looked at her calendar and told me it had only been 18 days. It was actually one day shy of 4 weeks. I was told it is NOT 3 to 5 weeks but “working” days. So it is actually 21 to 35 WORKING DAYS. She said I told you that. I definitely was not told that. Big difference between 3-5 weeks and 21-35 working days. It is now 6 1/2 weeks and shocker still no shed. I was told I would be contacted last week. I wasn’t. I had to call again. She said she had an issue with her grandchild so was not able to get back with me. Supposedly now the shed is done BUT they haven’t called me as promised to schedule delivery. After reading other reviews, I am wondering what condition the shed is going to be in and how long it will last. Bottom line of this very long review. BUYER BEWARE

Parents bought a shed and it took at least 3 weeks to get delivered, also was falling apart when they got it here. Screws and nails are just placed whenever, siding was cracking and porch boards were split. Supposed to tie it down but never did, I recommend finding someone else don’t spend your money on something this poor.

Beautiful colored shed from the outside but once you get inside they’ve been put together with random assortments of screws, nails, and mismatched brackets and boards as well as sticking and uneven doors. Paid around $5,500 for my shed. Not exactly happy with the price nor build quality. Would not recommend. Also have a few boards that are rotting as well and the shed isn’t even two years old.

I love my shed. Process was extended a little because life happens. The woman that runs the lot is very sweet and takes her time tending to your needs. The deck wasn’t painted when I purchased, I did that over my weekend so don’t expect one to be painted/stained when you get there. All in all it was a pleasant experience all the way around. The delivery guys were great as well, communicated and made sure I was good before they left. Would definitely recommend stopping in if you’re in the market for one of these.

The process was smooth with the summerdale dealer. The warranty is handled through a corporate location. After months of waiting and multiple attempts from their repair tech my shed still leaks in a few spots. It was a new shed so the quality definitely matches the low price.. wouldn’t recommend

Melissa was a great help in assisting me in finding the best building for my budget. She was super sweet and very professional. Cotton State Barns in Summerdale was the first and last place I shopped. I'll be in touch with ya'll in the future.Thank you.
My building was scheduled to arrive in 2 to 3 weeks, but I was surprised to find out that it to arrive 2 weeks + early. One thing I can say is that they'll
GET ER DONE!

The quality of our barn is great. The communication is poor. Upon purchasing we were told it would be 10-15 days until it was completed. Day 16, we called and were told “no idea when it would be done”. A week later we called again. The next week called again. Couldn’t get a straight answer. Finally got out shed delivered after 4-5 weeks. If the accurate completion date would have been told to us from the get go, we would have had zero issues.
