Arrived at 12pm for a 2pm pickup. I was put right into a door upon arrival. They started loading right away. I believe you can park here if you have no hours to drive. Great place to load out of.

58 West Road Ellington CT. When turning in the gate go down about 150 yards and you will see a blue canopy, this is where the office is to check in. Note the "No Parking" signs please too. The second office door is for drivers. You pass your paperwork thru the slit in the glass door. Staff always friendly and efficient. If after normal working hours there is a radio there to get assistance from personnel working in factory.

You can park here overnight depending on how many dropped trailers. Quick loading . Follow 83 right off of I84 place is on the left.. park in back lot walk up to blue awning door on right and check in..

Maybe no my lucky day, they maybe change managment or are short on staff, Check in 7:30 am almost noon still waiting, and i was the 3rd on line, this warehouse is a joke, is not made for truck bussines industry taking the whole dam$&&:& day to get u empty, thanks to this incompetent guys i lost the day and next load. Stay away from here or i wish u good luck if u make it

Doesn't seem they do appointments....u can get here and park overnight. Huge bonus in the NE. May call u in 10 mins after checking in....may not. But when u r called for door u will be loaded and on ur way in 15-20 mins. Guess just depends if they have ur product ready. No guard...roll in past first set of docks and park to left in front of blue awning. Check in, go from there. All in all, top notch.

People please read the signs! It’s the driveway marked TRUCKS. Park in the gravel lot and walk to the blue canopy, 1 person at a time checks in. Have your PO and sign the clipboard and they will put you on a door quickly and get you loaded fast. The loader will bring you the paperwork and seal the door. Easy to find and there’s no hard turns or tight areas. Must all the roads around that city are truck routes (if you have an atlas you would have know this). The folks in the offices are really nice! As for restrooms I didn’t see any.
