This used to me a nice place before Hawk-eyed Managment took over. The maintenance man stole my children’s battery for their car off of our porch. When we called the office about the battery, Erin did not seem to care. After calling the office the battery that we threw away before purchasing the new one was placed back into the battery slot of my kids car. I don’t think that was a coincidence but we let it go. My child was attacked by another kid that lives here, I called the cops as well as reported it to the office. Erin laughed at the situation and told me it wasn’t her responsibility in return I received a 14/30.
Another resident who has lived here for 5 + years, was forced to pay another application fee because she “wasn’t on the lease”. Erin also informed the same residents they “owed late fees” and they needed to be paid in cash to her. After the residents argued with Erin for several days, the late fees were magically dropped. The residents she did this to are older ladies, who are easily influenced but after they let me know of the situation, I made sure they stood their ground.
A different resident here was told by Erin they needed to pay the previous tenants Kansas gas bill in order to keep their services from being disconnected. These residents also argued with Erin for several days before the problem was resolved.
The first few weeks after moving in here, I was told people were going to enter my apartment if I liked it or not, Erin said she did not need my permission, as she has a key and if I liked it or not the air conditioning people were going to go inside my apartment. I immediately hung up and did not waste my time arguing with her and called my husband. She tried to pull the same crap with him but he shut her down and she rescheduled the appointment, like I asked her to when she called me.
Another constant issue we have had here is the dog poop! Residents don’t pick up after their dogs and if you let Erin know about the issue, she will let you know that your rude for doing so.

** LETS SEE HOW MUCH IM CHARGED FOR “damages” LIKE MANY OTHERS. LETS SEE IF THE DEPOSIT IS PUT TOWARDS “DAMAGES” AND IF THEY ARE CAPABLE OF DOING SO 🙂

I love living here. My MIL and I moved into our apartment almost 2 years ago and haven’t regretted it for a minute. Their on top of any repairs and Erin and Steve are very friendly and easy to talk to. Great place to live.

There is a glitch in their system for rental payments. They will send you a late fee notification then an eviction notice when you’ve already paid them. IF they find it they tell you to disregard their notices and “Sorry for the glitch”. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I get notified almost every month with this new management. Hope they can get it fixed or find someone that knows what to do about it. Needless stress. Not sure what I’ll do now, the eviction notice came and my kid threw away my money order receipt when she cleaned the kitchen. Trying to figure out how I’m going to give them over $800 more by today or I have to move out. No place to go and I paid the rent on time already. They are only open in the office 15 hrs a week so no one can talk to you if you have a job. What can you do?

Have a young couple who moved into an apartment there and the toilet has not worked yet and its been over a week. Multiple messages left asking for maintenance and they did show up to fix the issue but failed to fix toilet so it will flush. You can't reside in an apartment without a working toilet.First time for these kids to rent and this is the experience that they have had. Disgusted.

Only lived in the apartment for a month and a half. There is a leak, possibly from all the rain, they are kind of trying to fix, but there is a bad bird mite infestation. Bird mites are similar to bed bugs and I don't feel like they are trying very hard to solve the problem. I've been out of the apartment for 4 days already and they are saying it will still be 1.5 weeks until they can even get someone in. They aren't very willing to help with the bill either.

We toured a unit here and had a great experience. The manager was very helpful and the property was very clean and well maintained!
