Great experience at Dr. Rundbaken's office...I was scheduled for PFTs, everyone was running on time, tech was friendly and professional. Dr. Rundbaken was very thorough, and took the time to explain everything to me. The only issue I had was due to my insurance company not approving the prescribed inhaler, but office and Dr. were very responsive and quickly found a substitute that worked just as well and my insurance approved. This was an insurance issue, not related to the doctor. Great experience overall.

My primary doctor, a man I have been seeing for over a decade, recommended Dr. Runbaken even though their offices are over 30 minutes apart. My appointment could not have gone better. The staff was both friendly and helpful. (Especially when scheduling a follow up appointment.)

I was called back to see the doctor at my scheduled time, and as for the doctor himself, he was professional, if with a smile, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel like he was rushed.

I could not imagine having a better experience, as it pertains to a doctor visit, than what I had at Dr. Runbaken’s and am quite comfortable recommending him if you’re looking for a pulmonologist.

I've been seeing Dr.Rundbaken for over 20 years. He has saved my life
so many times I lost count but I'm more than grateful. My recent negative review was strictly emotional fear. I've been sick for so long, & I'm so scared. His new staff is kind, personal, & accommodating. His
medical assistants are knowledgeable and helpful. But it all boils down to the best pulmonologist in AZ. I've handed out many of Dr. Rundbaken's cards for others to get help.
I will move on for a while to get another opinion & relieve Dr. Rundbaken. I have probably worn out the poor man! But I'm here
today because of Dr. Rundbaken's care. I thank Doctor and his staff
heartily & wish them all well!

I've known Dr Rundbaken for many years and have always gotten the best service from him and his staff. He is very compassionate and goes out of his way to give his patients the best care. He is good at thinking 'out of the box' if necessary. His office staff is friendly and well organized. While Doc specializes in valley fever care, he also competently treats any lung condition.
