I broke down near his lot and pulled in to check what was wrong with my truck. He came outside and told us that I had to leave and that we couldn't stay there. We complied and pushed it to a lot across the street. He then proceeded to call the cops on us for loitering when all we were doing was waiting for triple a to come tow us. Moral of the story you are better off breaking down on the side of the road than at this guys shop because he will call the police on you.

No Team Night

Id put 0 if I could. My buddies Chevy Blazer broke down outside as we pulled in and this guy came out and kicked us out. We asked if we could buy oil and he refused a sale. You forget where you work Automotive place refusing a automotive sale is crazy. Me and my buddy and 2 women one just having a baby recently had to push the car in the road to the next parking lot.

Adding on at 9:50 AAA came and took the car and while I was waiting to be picked up he called the cops on us for "loitering" I can only assume in the parking lot he told us to move to. Talk about kicking someone when they are already down.

They went above and beyond when installing my plow, even running my safety flashing light wire into the cab of my truck. Then fix the control box onto of the fisher box. So professional, I cannot recommend enough.

Called and asked for a quote for a tune up and was told that tune ups weren't done on cars anymore because maintenance is done as needed. Was also told that they don't give out quotes over the phone. My vehicle was having ignition issues. Insisted I do a diagnostic, which I was not interested in and willing to deal with the results. Got a quote for 4 spark plugs and 4 ignition coils plus labor. Now I'm fully aware that some cars have spark plugs in funky areas which require additional labor. The quote was one thousand dollars. Either they found my request for a quote off putting and gave me a high dollar quote to scare me away or they were simply trying to take advantage. I called around and no one was even close to that. No one was rude when I called and no arguments. Everyone is entitled to set their price however they want. So take my experience at face value and make your own opinion. Just sharing my experience, which I would consider a bit disingenuous.

I went for emissions. I waited until the last day to do emissions and was freaking out about where to go and how fast it would be. I called Cromwell auto and they said I can come on whenever but recommended that i make an appt so I did. I came in and they were very friendly and started working on my emissions test right away. I was in and out within 10 min. Waiting area was clean and organized. And all employees i interacted with were very polite and friendly. Great service.
Wanted to add I had I just had a fair amount of service done to my vehicle.. when I picked up my vehicle they went over all the services and what not. During that I realized they replaced two license plate lights instead of the one license plate light on the right side and the tail light on the right side. Which was totally my fault on the initial service sheet I just wrote two lights bulbs. Even though it was my slip up they took my car back and changed the right tail light bulb incredibly fast and didn’t charge extra and they gave me a $30 gift card which they didn’t have to do but I appreciated. Very friendly people. Excellent service and knowledgable. I am not savvy when it comes to car repairs and they explained everything in ways that I could understand. Would 100% recommend.
