In the middle of a heat wave, our AC quit. Having used Cromwell Energy for furnace maintenance previously, I recalled the excellent service they provided. They did not disappoint again. Even though they were scheduling a week out, a technician became available the next day. Eric was professional, courteous, answered all my questions (and then some), and clearly was an expert in his field. Thanks to Eric and the excellent office staff, our AC stands ready for the next heat wave! Highly recommend Cromwell Energy!!

Cromwell Electric was wonderful to work with. Jeff gave a clear explanation of estimate for mini split a/c and installation happened within a few weeks (earlier than expected)! Tom, Jason and Ken were extremely professional and friendly. Got work done in a day without interrupting us in the home. Everything was cleaned up and took time showing us how to work the units and care for them. We will continue to use this company for multiple services when needed. A+++.

We called Cromwell Energy for a recent AC issue because they promptly fixed an issue we had a cpl years ago. Rep Eric came to our home, quickly identified the issue and had the AC running in no time. He was obviously very knowledgeable as well as courteous and thorough! Once the AC was on he verified the issue was resolved completely before leaving. Cromwell Energy was reasonably priced, will definitely call them again!

Although the staff and owner/manager were very friendly and attentive - I found that charging a $149 trip charge for a 2nd trip out to my home, while I gave them the error code, and it was not going to be credited to my bill should I have elected to use them , I was advised to seek help elsewhere - what great advice - the sensor that needed to be replaced was $20 (and there are only 2 sensors for the main unit) which the repairman purchased both and $125 to fix the problem so although I did pay Cromwell the initial $149 - the new heating and refrigeration company that fixed my AC unit was still $4 less than a trip charge. Do your homework folks - sometimes old school is better than modern technology - so again that you for the great advice to take my business elsewhere.

We have been using Cromwell Energy for years and years. I can't say enough about the quality of their service--this company is amazing. They have cared for our boilers (we live in an own a 2-family) and installed a very complex, energy-efficient HVAC during a process that required multiple trips to our tiny attic and cellar. Throughout every visit, whether for installation or annual service calls, the technicians not only show great expertise, but are friendly and kind. And the office staff (thank you, Ronnie!) are exceptional, too.

I have used Cromwell Energy for more than 15 years. Eric performed the annual tune-up of my furnace and central A/C. He does a great job of explaining what is being done, was prompt, professional, and experienced. Highly recommend!

We've used Cromwell Energy several times and they've always been responsive and professional. So when it came time to upgrade our thermostats, we knew we would give them a call. We worked with Keith to get an estimate and he was very helpful in reviewing our different options. Eric did a great job with the installation and took the time to explain in detail how the new thermostats work. He was courteous, friendly and we are very pleased!
