Crown Steel made a multi-functions one compartment sink for my family when we decided to replace the existing deteriorated plastic sink in the garage. I did a sketch and show the shop owner Dave the faucet I wanted to use to shower my dog. Dave knew exactly what I wanted. We are using this custom sink as a shower station for my senior pug, as a hand sink, and as a laundry sink. We are going to install a soap dispenser soon with the hole Crown Steel Mfg pre-drilled for us!.. We receive a lot of compliments from friends and visitors. I highly recommend Crown Steel Mfg to people who appreciate good workmanship and fair price. The shop is busy, so do not get discouraged if they don't respond right away.

I needed a stainless steel countertop. So I stopped by on Friday, talked to Dave and he gave me a quote which was reasonable. All I had to do is to confirm the measurements. So I called on Monday but Dave was out. I sent him an email with a drawing and requesting a call back when he gets in. No email back, no phone call back. I followed up on Tuesday, talked to secretary and she said Dave was going to call me. He never did.
Since they don't need my money (close to $800) I went with someone else.
Also, please tell your secretary to say some other excuse at 8:30am than "stepped out for lunch".
