We spent months looking for the right contractor for our custom home. Unfortunately, shortly after the foundation was poured and framing had begun, the contractor we originally selected abruptly stopped working on the project and, for personal reasons, was unable to complete our home. My husband and I were devastated when we heard the news. We felt like we had to start the selection process all over again—only this time, finding a contractor was going to be all the more difficult, as we had to find someone who was willing to take on a project mid-stream.

Communication is so important when you're building a home and it was made easy with their project management tool. We were kept informed of all project details, timelines, and costs with this tool.

Crystal Creek built our home in 2018. We went through the design and build process with them from out of the state and had an excellent experience. We started communicating from the time we found a lot to build. Scott Nalda helped walk us through the entire process. We communicated daily by phone and text and received pictures almost every day during the build process. All of their vendors helped walk us through the process of picking out every item for the house and are all very experienced and helpful as well. Even after our move in which was on time, they fixed any minor repairs. They also have a superintendent that oversees the entire process. Bottom line, Crystal Creek builds a quality home and stands behind any issues that come up. We highly recommend them to anyone who wants to build their “Dream Home”!!
