Poor service. They ignore customers requests for maintenance on machines. They lack customer service. There are better suppliers in the Area.

Called in April about my machine not working. Tells me will have a look when in the area. Never came. I called again in May and said they are short ice machines and will be receiving in 8 weeks and will swap out then. I called again in July and now says not their machine. I know it’s theirs because they took over A&B ice and I never changed ice companies. Been in business here for 24 years. They should have called me back in April to have me get it fixed. Plus they did not credit me for the melted ice.

This place is super weird. It's difficult to find because it's located in the parking lot of another business. When you finally get to their front door you have to ring a bell and wait for someone to appear. The guy opened the door and nicely asked what I needed and I told him dry ice so he closes the door and goes back inside. I waited outside for 24 mins!! And it was 90 degrees that day so I was very annoyed. Then he comes back with the dry ice packs in plastic bags and asks me if I want a receipt. I haven't even paid yet.....but he's giving me a receipt. I then say I can pay card and this guy says, "okay, let me go get Jorge". He then runs out of the parking down the street to another building. He reappears about 5 mins later and tells me Jorge is coming. Jorge shows up 5 more mins later and tells me the cost and I had him a credit card. He then tells me they don't take credit but after some thought (I told him never mind take the product back because I didn't have cash) he agrees to charge the card. He then leaves the parking lot and walks to another building with the credit card. I honestly thought I was just robbed because he quickly left and I didn't see where he went. He shows up 8.mins later and complains about using credit because he doesn't make a profit. I say okay and hightail it out of there because that was one of the strangest business encounters I've ever had.
Dry ice did the job though so 3 stars 😊

The service is terrible. It’s sadly the only local vendor. I’ve arrived within regular operating hours and am turned away each time. When asking for clarification, I get a rude response. Based on other ratings these aren’t isolated incidents. Cash only so please note this in advance.

Don’t even try to go there! There’s no sense of urgency and the salesman is terrible! Very expensive and rude!
