Ordered a selection of italian and other cured meats for Christmas Eve. Great communication from the owner, Anatoly, the meat was high quality, sliced perfectly, packaged wonderfully and shipped with freezer packs. It arrived in 2 days from California to Ohio and was still cold! I will definitely order again and I would recommend you to give it a try also.

I'm thrilled this place is in Paso Robles! My family is from Germany and I grew up in Toronto where my mom could buy 100% authentic German breads, sausage, liverwurst and cheese and after moving to the USA it was impossible to get any of that here, until now! C & C has made it possible to enjoy all that I love (except my bread) with all the different sausage and cheese that i crave when not visiting Toronto or Germany. Thanks for great products!

My go-to place for charcuterie, cheeses and salmon roe caviar. Huge selection of salami and cured meats, very nice aged cheeses. I am also in love with the blood sausage. Small business based here in SLO North County. Local delivery, which I believe was recently expanded nationwide.

Super fantastic!! We had such an amazing time eating their gorgeous box and sampling it with our wine tastings. We got a Petite Grazing box w/ bread and olives and it lasted my husband and I two days! Definitely a staple for our trips to wine country now!
