The personnel is friendly, knowledgeable , efficient and expensive. Their expertise lies in working with Still products although I dropped off my Echo pole saw and they let me know it could take longer because it is a brand they commonly don't fix.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Don't visit this place. We tried to see if they could help us fix our generator because the pull string wouldn't retract and they were EXTREMELY rude. I guess we will keep shopping around town until someone is nice enough to take our money.
