Been using Curry Water Authority Water or in Reality SMITH LAKE WATER for 10 years now. Been happy with it and their service. Was reported to be from testing some of Alabama's BEST Chemical Free & Safest Drinking Water...with most of today's reporting & lack of honesty...think I can trust it...until I hear or know Differently 😉.

This will be the 3rd month I have not received a bill. The first 2 months my water was shut off each time for non payment because I never got a bill. Wish they would get it together.

Haven't had water since 3 am cst here in Navuoo, AL. Have left 3 voice mails and 2 emails, plus a FB message, and haven't heard anything. Their is no automatted message on the phone, on their website, or on their Facebook page. We have never had an outage this long, and it's very frustrating when their company doesn't even take the time to post something here, on their website, and/or on their automated phone system. Also, they raised their rates 5.5% just a couple of weeks ago, which only adds to the frustration.

Curry water used to be great water. Now it taste awful and has a funny smell to it and sometimes it foams up on top like you poured dish soap in it. But yet our water bills have doubled and tripled to help pay for this water treatment facility. So if it's not drinkable then you should reimburse us for the bottled water we have to buy!! Come on guys get for real.😡

I paid my bill. Really. Even have a receipt. I came home from work and had no water. I called the office and they said it was shut off by accident! They had it turned back on within 30 minutes, but come on! What if I were to tell them I accidently forgot to pay my bill? I already know the answer and so do you. Check and double check before you turn someone's water off.

I don't think that it is fair our bills were raised 20.5% in less than a year. How ridiculous! What is next? Another 10-15-10% increase? When does it end? Stop taking advantage of people.
