WOW! What a fantastic store:) My daughter gave birth today and we wanted to get her son a BIG BROTHER t-shirt. The gal at the counter was AMAZING, helping us design a t-shirt for my grandson to wear to meet his new baby sister. We couldn't be more happy with the overall customer service to make something so original and special for this occasion.

Custom prints made a birthday miracle happen! I cannot recommend their business enough. With their advice the custom T-shirt for my husband‘s birthday turned out amazing. The turnaround time was less than 24 hours! I will definitely be using their services in the future. I highly recommend!

So this was my experience. Sunday I came in, did my design & paid $303 dollars expecting 6 shirts & 2 hoodies the next day. The following day I arrived to find 1 garment finished, damaged & incorrect. They said that they would correct the issue & have the shirts done Tuesday. I get a call the next morning complaining about my design. We talked about design changes & proceeded. It wasn't until Thursday night that my shirts were done, then they didn't install the lettering & I had to return to get them fixed. They refused to fix or replace the damaged & incorrectly made tee shirt, which really pisses me off. You can't replace a $3 shirt on a $300 order? This is your customer service? I was also extremely clear that I expected my artwork & was assured that it wouldn't be an issue. To this day I still don't have my artwork that I paid for. In conclusion, the quality of the transfer is low, customer service sucks, they took four day & was unhappy with the final results. I will never use these guy's again. I'm completely disappointed...
